Caprice Artistic Swim Club is governed by a Board consisting of a minimum of five and a maximum of eight Directors elected by the membership as per the Caprice bylaws. They hold the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Registrar and Secretary. The Board of Directors are responsible for managing and directing the work of the club and are accountable to the members. The Board is also referred to as the Executive Committee. Each calendar year, Caprice must hold an annual general meeting (AGM) and must file an annual report in accordance to the Societies Act which includes any changing of the Board Members.
